Communication Books and Reading Records

As a school, we understand how vital good communication between school and home is, to ensure children, make the best progress possible and reach their full potential as all round individuals and valued members of our community.

Communication Books

Our communication books play an important role in building and developing this partnership, it should be brought to and from home / school, daily. Messages can be placed in here for your child’s class teacher. The class teacher will follow up the messages with you.

Reading Records

We encourage families to support their child with their reading at home.

Your child will bring a reading record home with them each day. We encourage families to hear their child read at home and record any reading in the reading record. School staff will also record individual reading in the Reading Record. Thank you for you support.
